A detailed description of our web-based services follows:

• MB Brainstorming Pages help you describe your project. Click here to fill out the questionnaire online or print the .pdf and use a pencil.  Email or snail mail to MB.
• MB Survey Tips and MB Survey Tips -Diagrams help you photograph and map your existing garden. Click here for help creating a map of your existing  property.  Email or snail mail to MB.
• Review and sign MB Contract. Please return by email or snail mail along with $400 deposit (PayPal or check) to secure your place on MB’s design schedule.
• MB thoughtfully reviews this information and designs a creative and practical Draft Master Plan.
• You have the opportunity to review the Draft Master Plan and give your input/suggestions. Draft Master Plan is sent to you, via delivery confirmation USPS, for input and revisions.  A one-hour phone or internet meeting to discuss the draft Master Plan is included.  You may send a marked-up version of the plan to MB, via delivery confirmation USPS prepaid envelope, if desired.
• MB revises the plan according to your feedback and develops a Final Master Plan. Final drawing is professionally hand-drafted and will be sent to you, along with a scanned (.pdf) copy of the plan and ‘Constructing Your Garden’ Checklist on CD, via delivery confirmation USPS.
